By purchasing or using the products or services of a business listed in the Savings Partners, or otherwise participating in Savings Partners, Customer acknowledges and agrees that (a) Firstsask Credit Union has organized the network solely as a convenience to its customers, (b) Firstsask Credit Union does not endorse, recommend or guaranty the products or services of businesses listed in the network, (c) such products and services are provided solely by the businesses, and are not provided by or on behalf of Firstsask Credit Union , (d) Firstsask Credit Union does not have any legal relationship with such businesses which would render either liable for acts or omissions of any of them, including, without limitation, as a principal/agent, partner, joint venturer, or otherwise, and (e) Firstsask Credit Union shall have no liability on any legal theory (including, without limitation, contract, tort, including negligence, strict liability, statutory or any other legal theory) relating to the products, services, acts or omissions of such businesses, and Customer hereby releases and discharges Firstsask Credit Union from any such liability.
